David Beatty, President & CEO
David is the founder and CEO of Gorann, Inc., an enterprise focused on incubating and investing in early-stage companies. Born in Ireland, David started his career as a headhunter in London in 1985 and, after joining the software company IMI Computing in 1988, transferred with them to the US in 1990. David also serves as chairman of Empire Messaging, Inc., which he founded in 1993, which provides enterprise messaging solutions. In 1996 David joined PlanetOut, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGBT) as head of business development. In 1999 he co-founded Healthology, Inc., recently acquired by iVillage (NASDAQ: IVIL). David’s current investments and startups include Acronym Media, a full-service search engine marketing firm, Solutions BPO, LLC, which provides outsourced medical billing and research, the Velot Group, LLC, a company that develops and runs Radiology Centers and Greenway Fleet Maintenance, a company that repairs truck fleets. In his leisure hours, David is an avid snowboarder, a tenor in the Choral Society at Grace Church, and a part owner of the historic John J. Harvey, a working, restored fireboat in New York City Harbor. |

Farris Etterlee, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Etterlee brings over 20 years of technology and executive management experience to Gorann. Through the oversight of global sales, service, support, and business partners, Mr. Etterlee advances the company's winning strategy, directs client success, and expands the customer base. Throughout his six years at Priceline.com before joining Gorann he served in a variety of executive roles, from running strategic Information Technology initiatives to Merger and Acquisitions campaigns to business development projects. One of his key successes was a complete overhaul of the entire Priceline website, including a restructuring of all the back-end systems to support the growth of the site. He also has extensive experience in global finance for high-technology firms, having managed their accounting and finance, information systems, web development, and service administration. Mr. Etterlee graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Marketing with a Minor in Accounting. |

Arun Jethani, Vice President
Mr. Jethani has extensive entrepreneurial experience in both healthcare and human resources. He is a founding member of SolutionsBPO, LLC, an overseas outsourcing, advisory, and management company. Prior to joining Gorann he was President of AtBalance Solutions, a healthcare administration company, where he was responsible for securing several Fortune 100 Clients in the pharmaceutical and financial industries. Prior to starting at AtBalance, he was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked in the strategic HR Consulting division. He was involved in creating an online enrollment and strategic human resource program for over one million users. He was also employed as one of the first consultants in the health and welfare practice of Kwasha Lipton, a benefits consulting firm that was subsequently acquired by Mellon Financial. There, he was a founding member of a division that now has over 200 employees and supports over 20 large employer clients including Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Chevron, and Verizon. He is a graduate of Boston University where he received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and an M.A. in Economics. |

Jim Sullivan, Vice President
Mr. Sullivan has founded several companies in the administrative outsourcing arena, and has a background in both outsourced benefits consulting and internal human resource functions analysis. Prior to joining Gorann he was a founding member, with Mr. Jethani, of SolutionsBPO. He was the Chief Operating Officer of AtBalance, Inc. where he was primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Company’s administrative software and web tools. In addition to his service line development responsibilities, Mr. Sullivan was responsible for negotiating and closing the Company’s seed and Series-A financing rounds. Prior to Starting AtBalance, he was employed at PwC as a consultant specializing in defined contribution plan conversions for large Fortune 500 clients. Prior to PwC, he was an analyst at Goldman Sachs, responsible for the design and evaluation of Goldman’s domestic and foreign health and welfare plans. At Goldman, he was the project liaison on their internal insurance programs. He is a graduate of the State University of New York – Binghamton, with both a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Economics and Finance. |
